First Day at Chonburi! (older post)

Kandace Glenn (made a mistake and thought it was Jihye's sorry!!)

We made it to Chonburi!  It’s been fairly relaxed here.  The first day we just toured the center we’re staying at and met the kids at the orphanage.
Here’s a picture of our team on the first day.

Our main focus here is teaching English at a local elementary school and playing with the orphans.
I feel like we’ve been so spoiled this whole trip. All the people we meet treat us like royalty—for example, we get nice rooms with AC and reeeaaalllly good food.  Also, the weather is a lot cooler here in the countryside than it was in Bangkok.
God has been doing so much work and all of us on the team have been mad blessed….and it’s only the first week! In our nightly “Bible studies” our team has been going through Ephesians.  One thing that really stood out to me in Ephesians 3 is how we are to be “rooted and established in love” (vs. 17).  I have definitely seen our team come together and we’re learning how to love God in a community aspect.
Please keep praying for us!  Pray against sickness, spiritual/physical tiredness, disunity, etc.

Love you guys
